Update Sucks

The heist was underwhelming but alright. Me and my friends didnt do stealth and it's pretty hard. The AR loadout sucks balls. the pistol they give you is terrible especially when shooting out of vehicles, the enemies are bullet sponges, they laser you and kill your ass instantly.. the pay is bad unless youre combing the whole map to get the most amount of money, which probably takes a loong as time to do properly in stealth, and of course as with any heist, after you die and restart your snacks and armor dont reset so fun times all around knowing that every time you die its getting harder and harder.
the only part of the island you can return to is the party at the very beginning. I dont think I'm wrong when saying everyone was expecting an island resort to fuck around in like any other place in the game.. well there is nothing to do but dance once you come back. you cant use your weapons and you cant explore the island again. hell you cant even go back unless you yourself hosted the heist. my friend who hosted it was the only one to see the blue circle to go back to the beach party and from there he could invite us.
"Cayo Perico is not only the nerve center of El Rubio’s drug empire, but the island also plays host to his other great love: marathon dance parties on golden beaches, where everyone from jetsetters and heiresses to legendary music producers gather to rave until the sun comes up."
i guess they werent wrong when writing this description, as "dance parties" are the only thing you can do on the island.
the submarine is cool i guess but if there's one part of the map i hate being in, its the ocean. its out of the way and just annoying to navigate. it'll end up being as useless as the yacht except for the hub in which you start the heist and setups. and the dj floor on the casino is just a reskin of our nightclub. nothin' special.
overrall bad first impressions but i'll be doing the heist some more in different ways to see if we just chose a poor setup that made everything shitty. the island not being freeroam is the biggest kicker.

Rockstar and Take2: Here's some reasons you missed out on immense amounts of money by not architecting dedicated servers into your multiplayer setup

To bring everyone up to speed on network topology in games:
GTA Online uses what's called a peer-to-peer mesh network setup. This means that every PC/console on a connected session is talking to every other PC/console in that session. The preferred alternative for most multiplayer games is sever-client, where in every PC/console is talking with a single server.
With p2p mesh, this means that everyone shares authority. What this translates to is that a server is not the single authority checking for malicious activity, much of which anyone who has played GTA Online for is familiar with. This also means that anyone with the know-how can figure out what IP every other person is connecting from. This can lead to other malicious activity outside of the game.
But standing up dedicated servers costs money. Why not avoid that?
There are plenty of cases to be made where peer-to-peer connectivity makes sense, especially from a cost-savings perspective. But in some cases, like GTA Online, the benefits/gains from using a server-client setup far outweigh the costs.
So, in no particular order:

What Dedicated Servers Would Have Brought to RS/T2:

More purchases of cash in the Social store.
We'll start with the obvious here. When someone can get into a game and ask about [redacted method of obtaining money] and get a response 50% of the time, it's an obvious miss on being able to purchase prepaid in-game credit cards from the store. There's no incentive. And if they don't want to ask someone to do it, they can do it themselves.
Higher volume of Twitch streamers.
It seems easily correlated, but Twitch's research shows that livestreaming leads to better game sales. The reason this isn't streamed as broadly is because not everyone can get enough reliable people for a heist. Private sessions can be invaded by the same people who also [redacted method of obtaining money]. This is regardless of the privacy of a lobby, because those same people can find a unique identifier on the public Rockstar social site and join it, regardless of whether or not they're a friend or a crew member-- or simply not invited.
What this translates to are people who have such a low bar to pass to join a streamer's game and hold the experience hostage, crash the session or do any other number of malicious things. They can also impersonate people and send messages as them. So this further leads to things like not being able to do:
Twitch Rivals streams between competing streamer teams.
Imagine this: the game is pretty solidly protected from people who [redacted method of obtaining money] and those incidents they generate are rare, and when they do pop up, they're punished. So, streaming this game is far more viable. Competitive crews start forming, and Rockstar promotes an event with streamers where they're able to host lobbies and get 24, 36 or even 48 streamers in one session running 12 different crews for things like:
And so on and so forth. But because items have to be obtained through legitimate game mechanics, it also implements a grind. Maybe these groups/crews have been running for a while. But then you'd also be able to do:
Streamer Drops through Connected Accounts
We've seen other games do this, where viewers can get "drops" into their game by watching the streamer play it. These drops could have been literally anything that was on the Diamond Casino Wheel of Fortune. It could have even been a bonus spin at the wheel, to encourage getting the player in the game.
The Long-Term, Sharded MMO Experience
This translates to cash because people would be continually playing the game, which means more people paying for in-game cash and general popularity because more people would be streaming it, but this is the bigger buyback to the player, too.
Imagine a crew that worked hard at completing a certain set of heists on hard difficulty, no deaths, consecutive. Four people who are streaming their attempt like people do for raid bosses. And their reward was a unique yacht only available for them.
A ranked arena war system that awarded players who got 100 wins with a unique vehicle or livery.
The system could have been adjusted to make some things a grind. Making that money with friends, and then knowing that if someone had a high-end apartment, much less a casino penthouse, that they earned it through blood, sweat and hard work.
Powerful crews that were running around and happen to land on the same lobby and an all-out war with tactics, reinforcements and a consideration of cash drain to get the win in Los Santos.
These are the things that Rockstar and Take2 missed out on by not having dedicated servers with protections against [redacted method of obtaining money]. They were on the verge of greatness. They were this close. And I know that a lot of this translates over for Red Dead Online, too.

Is It Too Late to Do All of This?

No, I don't think so. If RockstaTake2 were to seek redemption from this, here's what they'd have to do:
Implement a dedicated server gamemode, and only allow characters created for this game mode specifically.
If people want to continue messing around in peer-to-peer sessions, maybe they allow that for a time before slowly forcing people over (because it's all about that money, right?). But create a new character (or duplicate the looks of one), and make it only available for play on controlled, dedicated servers.
You can even put Ye Olde GTA 5 spin on it and have Lester come in and say, "Yeah, I know the simulation was pretty fucked, right? It got hacked by kids on Christmas break. But anyway, now that you know what's possible out there in this stupid, god-forsaken world, well... uh, perhaps it's time we started making some money. And you remember Fleeca, right?"
Then people start off fresh, and work on earning things through the grind. I promise you, that'll net you some untold money and viewership. And I have faith enough that even if you made a very solid push into authoritative client-host conversion from peer-to-peer mesh, allowing the authoritative client-host to be controlled by Rockstar servers, you'd get something out of it.
And I will put a disclaimer on here: I don't know if the game engine is so archaic that it wouldn't allow for this kind of change. And if that is indeed the case, then the only thing that I can say is you missed out on all of the above by choosing to design what you did, because it is a proprietary engine.
But if you can, imaginary Rockstar or Take2 directory reading this, please, I implore you. Push for the change. This has been one of the best social games for me during lockdown, and I can't overstate how much everyone will benefit from this.
Sincerely,
~The Village Idiot

Diamond Casino Guide

Diamond Casino Guide:
So you decided that you wanna rob a casino, great! The Diamond Casino Heist is one of the best ways to earn money, but you're wondering, how do I get started? Well you're in luck! This guide is going to teach you the ways to get the best out of the Diamond Casino Heist!
Step 1: Arcade
Alright to get started, you’re going to have to own an arcade. Now, it may seem better to go for the arcades on the top of the map to save yourself some cash, however this will make all the preps much harder, as most of them take place in LS or Sandy Shores.
The best arcade locations are 8-bit ($2,530,000, located in Vinewood) and Videogeddon ($1,875,000, La Mesa). When buying your arcade, none of the upgrades are necessary, as most of them are cosmetic. You’ll have to complete a quick arcade setup mission to access the basement where the diamond casino heist planning board is located.
Step 1.5: Arcade Income
While this isn’t related to the diamond casino heist, I thought I would put this in there. The arcade generates income based on how many games you have, going up to 5k per in-game day (48 min). The game doesn't matter, so you can just buy the cheapest one (Monkey’s Paradise, $90,000) and fill up your arcade with it.
Step 2: Scope out casino
After you’ve finished watching Lester scribble a big mess over the whiteboard, you’ll be able to start the casino heist. Normally, you’ll have to pay a setup cost of 25k, but since it’s your first time doing it, it’ll be free. After you’ve confirmed that you want to start the casino heist, you’ll need to finish the scope out mission. For the scope out mission, you’ll need to take a variety of pictures for lester in order to unlock entrances for the heist. A full guide is linked here but I’ll sum up the most important ones.
You’ll only need to do this mission once, and it will be completed for all future casino heists.
Step 3: Vault Contents
The vault contents mission is pretty easy. You’ll be given the rough location of a duggan security guard, once you find him, you can either hack him, which can take some time but you won’t get the cops on you if you do it right, or you can kill him and grab the phone, which will save you some time but you’ll need to lose the cops before you can enter the casino.
After you’ve entered the casino, you’ll need to bring out the sightseer app on your phone to find a wifi signal. After you’ve located the wifi signal, you’ll need to figure out the vault contents. Beware that you only have a limited time to do this (2 min).
Since it’s probably your first time, I would recommend that you go through every camera to scope out each POI. The target will be cash since it’s your first time, which has a payout of 2.1 mil on normal. The first time will always be cash (payout of $2,115,000 on normal), but if it’s not your first time, the targets can be either cash, artwork (payout of $2,350,000 on normal) or gold (payout of $2,585,000 on normal).
There is a 4th target, which is diamonds (payout of $3,257,100 on normal) however this vault content is only available for special occasions and has been removed from the vault contents.
If you do the heist on hard by doing the same approach after you’ve done another one, the payout will be 10% larger. If you’ve completed all 3 approaches to the heist, you can cancel the heist which can be helpful if you’ve got a bad target. Link to this is here.
Step 4: Selecting your approach
Once you’ve finished the vault contents mission, you’ll be able to select your approach.
There are 3 approaches to the diamond casino heist. Silent and Sneaky, The Big Con and Aggressive.
For beginners, I would recommend alternating between Big Con and Aggressive, because those are the easiest ones. For Big Con, choose the Gruppe Sechs disguise for the easiest entry. Aggressive is good for newer players however it does end up in a lot of money loss. After you’ve got the gist of it, alternate to doing Silent and Sneaky in place of aggressive for a bigger payout.
Step 5: Selecting your support crew
After you’ve selected your approach, you’ll need to select your support crew before you can do any of the prep missions.
Selecting your support crew is very simple. You’ll need a gunman to source guns, a driver to source cars and a hacker to delay the nerve agent inside the vault.
Selecting your support crew depends on the approach and target in the vault. For Big Con, SnS, any any target EXCEPT for art, you’ll want the worst gunman (Karl Abolaji, take his Micro SMG on big con, heavy revolver on aggressive and on SnS the choice is up to you), the worst driver (Karim Denz, take his sentinel classic) and the best hacker available to you, for most people, this will be Paige Harris (unlocked when the terrorbyte is purchased, gives 3:25 in the vault when undetected and 2:23 detected).
For aggressive, you’ll still want to have the worst driver and best hacker, however the gunman is up to you since you’ll be using guns a lot. I normally go with Charlie Reed (unlocked when purchasing a hangar), he takes a 7% cut (2% more than Karl) and gives you an assault smg, however you can get by with Karl, as every gunman gives you a SMG to go along with another weapon, which is still a perfectly fine weapon.
For Big Con, SnS and the target is Art, if you and your heist partner can both hack very well, you can get by with Yohan Blair (takes a 5% cut and gives you 2:51 in the vault if you are undetected and 2:01 if you are).
Step 5.5: Secret heist crew members
There are 2 hidden heist crew members that can’t be unlocked by purchasing a business like most heist crew members. There 2 are Patrick McReary and Avi Schwartzman. Patrick McReary is a gunman who takes an 8% cut and gives the choice a Combat MG or an Assault Shotgun in aggressive. Avi Schwartzman is a hacker that takes a 10% cut and gives 3:30 undetected in the vault and gives 2:22 if you are detected. To unlock Patrick, he spawns as a random event around the map. He spawns in a police car that you will need to hijack. A guide is linked here. To unlock Avi, you’ll need to destroy 50 signal jammers that are located around the map. A guide is linked here.
Step 6: Prep Missions
Now that you’ve selected your support crew, you’ll be presented with a plethora of prep missions. Some mandatory and some optional. To complete these missions, I suggest that you use a Kuruma, Buzzard or Oppressor Mk2 to make your life easier. In some prep missions, you will not be able to call lester, so be prepared. All of the missions can be done solo but it makes it easier if you have a friend with you to help you out.
Now onto the optional prep missions. Optional prep missions, are, as the name suggests, optional. The optional prep you should do depends on the approach. If you own a penthouse and have completed all of the missions, you will gain access to the security intel mission. It’s very easy to complete and you will only need to do it once. A nice trick is that the gauntlet actually spawns when you start the mission, not when the cutscene is triggered, so you can just shoot the driver and take the gauntlet. A guide will be linked below.
Let’s start with Silent and Sneaky. For Silent and Sneaky, the optional prep missions depend on your skill level. If you’re an experienced player, you don’t need to do much, only level 2 security passes. Power drills you can do if you think you have enough time. However if you are a very new player, I’d recommend that you do patrol routes, duggan shipments (you only need to destroy 3 to get rid of their bulletproof helmets), level 2 security passes, emp device and infiltration suits and power drills if you think you have enough time. If you do all these, the heist should be a breeze.
Going onto the Big Con, if you’re doing Gruppe Sechs, you don't need to do much. You only need to go through one door if you exit out the staff door, so you can decide if you want to do level 2 security passes or not. Patrol routes do make things easier, however are not necessary. Again, only do power drills if you think you have enough time. Make sure you do exit disguises. Noose and firefighter are exactly the same, so do firefighters since it has the easier mission.
For aggressive, again, patrol routes make it easier, but are never necessary. Make sure to do duggan shipments. You can solo it, but it will be much easier with another person. If you don’t get them all you can just close the game and you’ll be able to do the mission again. Reinforced armour allows you to take more damage, so I would recommend it even if it makes you slower. Be sure to also do boring machine as it allows you to enter through the sewers. Make sure to also do level 2 security passes unless you really like hacking doors.
Step 7: Finding people to play with
Now that you’ve completed all your required prep missions, you need some people to play with. If you don’t have any friends to play with, I recommend checking out HeistTeams or the GTAO Discord LFG Channels to find people to play with. Make sure to have good communication between your teammates otherwise the heist will be in chaos.
Step 8: Completing the heist
Now that you’ve got a solid heist crew waiting to grab all of that sweet loot out of the casino’s vault, you’ll be able to start the heist. If you're doing aggressive, the plan is pretty simple, shoot your way in, grab the loot, then shoot your way out. The easiest entry for aggressive is sewers, and the easiest exit is the eastern roof terrace. If you exit through the staff lobby, you’ll get shot a ton when going over the racetrack, however if you exit through the roof terrace, you can shoot the guys behind the stones on the racetrack then safely parachute down.
For The Big Con, I’m going to assume you’re doing the Gruppe Sechs approach. By doing the Gruppe Sechs approach, you can pretty much waltz into the vault and back out of it, just be careful that this has some limitations. When going back up the stairwell/elevator to the casino access floor, the guards will have checked the vault and know it’s been robbed, so you disguise ain't gonna work anymore. I strongly suggest getting exit disguises, as they will greatly help your escape. The easiest exit for this is the staff lobby.
For SnS, I’m not really going to go into too much detail here because there’s a full video linked below. What I will talk about is when to use the emp (If you did the prep mission). I recommend emp’ing when you’re at the vault access floor, allowing you to waltz into the mantrap, or when you're coming back up to the casino access floor and are in the mantrap.. Be warned that if you decide to get the daily vault when you trigger the emp, the emp’s timer will run out before you can get to your exit, so plan ahead. The easiest entrance for this is the staff lobby and the easiest exit is also the staff lobby.

My trophy rankings of GTAV on the PS4

Hi there, so I platinumed GTAV a while ago and I ranked them based on difficulty, how long they took, and just generally how fun they were to achieve. This also is kind of a walkthrough of some sorts and includes tips for some of the more difficult ones. Oh and keep in mind that this is just my opinion, some trophies can be achieved easier by other people.
And there is some swearing in this, but that shouldn't be a concern considering this is talking about GTAV Pick option C at the end of the game so you don't miss any achievements
  1. Pimp my sidearm- works on any gun, recommend beating the game and then fully mod a pistol for the cheapest results.
  2. Los santos customs- beat the game and take franklins car (trust me, do franklin's car) and go to a Los Santos customs and buy every option
  3. A lot of cheddar- When you finish the game go to one of the stock websites and purchase every stock you can, which means you should be able to purchase 40 million worth of stocks at a time, do this until you unlock the achievement. This should take around 2 minutes.
  4. Out of your depth- Purchase a boat or call a taxi (if you do the taxi achievement before this one the taxi skips are free) and go to the ocean, drive or swim to the very end and swim down to find a shark, annoy the shark so he will kill you. Depending on how you do it should only take around 5-15 minutes.
  5. Off the plane- nothing needed to be said here, just complete it.
  6. Clean sweep- Just stay behind cover and purchase snacks and body armor, and use a gun like a pump shotgun or a one-shot weapon, such as the revolver.
  7. Trading pure alpha- you can do this anytime within the game, just purchase a stock and then kill yourself repeatedly until next to your stocks a green arrow pointing up appears, sell it and you should get the achievement. Can take up to 5 minutes if stock prices don't go up quickly.
  8. Three-man army- Play as franklin and call Micheal and Trevor and pick them up, get a wanted level and stay in your car, kill a cop so you can get 3 stars, and start driving away but still have the cops on your ass. Do this for 3 minutes and you should get the achievement easily. Make sure your car has some armor upgrades though.
  9. Alls fare in love and war- After beating the mission Mr.Philips you are able to purchase businesses when you're able to play as franklin purchase the taxi business for 200k and then you should get a call after a while, do the job and you should get the achievement. The missions themselves don't take a long time, maybe around 5-10 minutes, if you don't get the achievement to try to do another one.
  10. Red mist- After completing the Trevor Philips industries mission this will just look like standard strangers and freaks, complete it, and then the others should pop up after you finish the one before. Complete all 5 and you should get the achievement. Can take up to 30 minutes to an hour if you're not good at it, I recommend trying to get the gold for all these for another achievement.
  11. Altruist acolyte- There are certain markers that will appear as you get close to them, play as Trevor and go to the "Domestic" random event, there are a few closer to the location such as the hitch lifts but I wasn't able to spawn them. Drive to the cult and you should get the achievement after the cutscene. Took me around 10 minutes if you use the domestic random event.
  12. Wanted: Dead or alive: This will also appear as Trevor strangers and freaks, after doing it you will get an email giving a picture of where he should be hidden, you can search it up on youtube as I did and capture him, don't kill the target no matter what, deliver him to Maude and you should unlock the achievement. Took around 10 minutes.
  13. Kifflom! Play as Micheal and go to the Epsilon Program website, and pay the 1000 dollars to start this, I recommend using another guide for this but whenever you need to do something like wear the robe for 5 days just go to Michael's house and sleep until you are able to go on another mission, and when you need to walk around the desert for 5 miles just walk in a circle. this can take up to 3 hours if not done correctly.
  14. San Andreas sightseer- Purchase a helicopter for the quickest results but can be done using a car or a boat. Travel around and get 95% of the map uncovered, you can tell if it's uncovered by it being transparent, meaning you can see through the map. The reason why I recommend a helicopter is you also need to uncover the ocean as well, which can be done with a boat but the helicopter is faster, you can either steal one or purchase a helicopter hangar and a helicopter. Took around 5 minutes because I already had a lot of the map uncovered.
  15. Multi-disciplined- You'll need to get a single gold in only one of the shooting range challenges, triathlon, a flight school lesson, a sea race, a street race (which only franklin can do), and an off-road race. Complete all of them anyway for 100% achievement. This can take up to 30 minutes to an hour if you aren't able to gold one.
  16. TP Industries arm race- After beating the mission Mr.Philips you need to purchase the hangar after beating the mission, it should cost 100,000 dollars. You get a special marker for the dune buggy and the airplane, there are 10 in total, 5 for the dune buggy (which is mainly just collecting supplies) and another 5 for the airplane (which is also mainly just supply drops) After doing the two quick save your game and reload it for the two missions to spawn. Can take up to an hour if doing the quick save method.
  17. Crew cut- To easily finish this you either need to make a crew for a friend to join or join a friends crew
and play a contact mission with them to get the achievement.
  1. A new perspective- Just leave one of the characters in the first person and just wait for the 15 hours or play some of
the story in the first person, I just recommend leaving it on overnight.
  1. Calling digits- reach rank 20 and have 5000 dollars, call up Merryweather and ask for a backup helicopter.
20- stick up kid- rob every store on the map, can take up to an hour depending on how fast you move to each store.
21- enjoy your stay- for this achievement you need to play golf, play tennis, play darts, arm-wrestle,
win a shooting range challenge, rob a store, buy a lap dance, buy any clothes, buy a tattoo and change your hairstyle. Make sure you win or lose the sports activities because if your teammate leaves in the middle of the match it won't count.
  1. Three-bit gangster- Pretty simple since ranking up is easy, just play 3x or 2x events or contact missions for the best RP. Can take up to an hour or two.
  2. American dream- You're most likely going to need at least 1,000,000 dollars for everything, grind the 3x or 2x event or play heists for money.
  3. 4-bit gangster- Same as a Three-bit gangster but more grinding is required. Can take up to 5 hours of pure grind.
  4. Full refund- After rank 50 have a friend call Lamar so he can call a thief on you, kill the thief and take back your money. Takes around 5 minutes.
  5. The midnight club- You can have a friend let you win 5 races by going to the menu-jobs-races and then
invite your friend and have you win 5 with a custom vehicle, depending on the map you play on
(I recommend taxiing, takes around 2 minutes to complete it) this can take up to 10-30 minutes.
  1. Backseat driver- Do this with a friend, wait for people to join or join a rally race, and then guide them through the map. Once again I recommend making the rally race so you can play on a map you are familiar with.
  2. Run like the wind- I did this in a solo match, I stole a car, got a bounty, and survived a GTA day (which is around 48 minutes) Move around and don't get kicked, you can die by anything but another player. You can do this with a friend where they have Lester give you a bounty.
  3. Show off- Use an upgraded vehicle (preferably franklin's personal car) and search up a guide for all locations, ill put a link to the guide I used in the description, while most are easy 10 of them are a complete bitch, and took me around 15 minutes just to do one of them because of the requirements. This can take up to 3-5 hours.
  4. From beyond the stars/a mystery solved- I can't really decide on which one is harder so I will group them up into one, both took me around 3 hours to do since there are so many. You can use the rockstar social club website or use a guide on YouTube as I did.
  5. Waste management- After the second heist Micheal or Trevor and purchase the old dock for around 250,000 dollars, while it can be confusing just follow the dot on the map. Took me around 2 hours to do.
  6. Close shave- Look up a guide, it's pretty much required for this. Buy the buzzard helicopter for the under the bridge and keep in mind not to do too much damage to your helicopter or it won't count, while most recommend stealing a jet from fort zancuddo I instead bought the mallard for 250,000. Took me around 3-4 hours.
  7. Decorated- In GTA online there are certain rewards for doing certain things such as killing people with a pistol a certain amount of times, every single platinum that I earned were headshot kills, sniper kills (not sure how to be honest) Kill people using melee weapons, kill people using sticky grenades, kill players in GTA online, kill psycho's (I recommend doing most of these in deathmatches) win 10 waves of survival, (it's painful and achievement on its own), rob 20 stores which is also an achievement, pay for 25 lap dances (all you need to do is pay for the dance and then exit it) buy 25 haircuts, have a friend drive you around for a few hours (sit in a car with your friend in it, pretty simple one) Flippin hell (go to a stunt race with a flying car, get high in the air and do the flips) steal vehicles (pretty simple) Achieve the fastest lap in a race (can be done with a friend) land jumps 300 feet in a road vehicles win every deathmatch and race mode (can be done with a friend) participate in 25 races, buy 25 pieces of clothes (just buy 25 shirts) get the most kills in a 4 player survival (not too hard unless you camp all game, can be done with a friend) get the most kills in a gang attack (also can be done with a friend) shoot cop choppers down (when you get 3 stars start shooting the choppers down with a homing missile) win every race mode at least once (needed for 2 achievements) get a tattoo on every body part, win a race in a custom vehicle (needed for achievement anyways) wheelie for over 2000 feet (I don't remember getting this one, but the best way is to do it at the airport) Activate a 2 person key switch (I did this on the diamond casino heist) Complete the fleeca heist finale, do the aggressive approach on the diamond casino heist and earn 1,000,000 dollars and use the elevator on the diamond casino heist.
  8. Solid gold, baby!- Do the heist setups and the strangers and freaks, every mission and strangers and freaks I got a gold in (not including prologue) was
Franklin and Lamar, Complications, Fatheson, marriage counseling, friend request, chop, the long stretch, daddy's little girl, the good husband, carbon rifles, Mr.Philips, Trevor Philips industries, Deadman walking, did somebody say yoga, by the book, Tow truck, boiler suits, masks, The multitarget assassination, Mr.Richards, Hang ten, Fresh meat, The ballad of Rocco, reuniting the family, Architects plans, doting dad, fire truck, meltdown, stingers, every gauntlet, something sensible, the times come, every Pulling favors, every rampage, shift work, Grassroots Micheal, grassroots the drag, Paparazzo, paparazzo the sex tape, Paparazzo the highness, every vinewood souvenirs expect Al Di Napoli, Exercising demons-franklin, liquidy risk, minute man blues, exercising demons Micheal and Trevor, targeted risk, uncalculated risk, a starlet in vinewood, chasing the truth, the last one, delivering the truth.
I may have missed a few but those were the ones I counted, this can take up to 5-10 hours unless if you already have quite a few on gold. You don't have to do every single challenge at once, so you can try to beat the level as fast a possible, reload it and try to get as many headshots as required for example.
  1. Career criminal- This one requires pure fucking grind, let me tell you everything I did for the 100% completion. for hobbies and pastimes, I did Stunt plane time trials, 3 medals in every shooting range challenge, won every race (meaning offroad, street, and sea,) won every sport, got par or under in golf (getting par or under is required,) Bail bonds quarry and farm, every flight school mission, every arms traffic race (required for an achievement anyways,) got a private strip club dance, hunting, yoga and parachuting. Only franklin's strangers and freaks are required, my random events were the ATM robbery, Bike theft 1, construction accident, gang imitation, mugging 1, 2, and 3, security van 3, 4, and 6, sportbike theft, a countryside gang fight, a deal went wrong, and the drunk driver. To find out the spawn points of the random events go to the rockstar social club. All 30 misc were buying a haircut, weapon, any clothing, a car mod, a tattoo, and 5 properties, a vehicle from a website, ride the cable car, use the car wash, go on the rollercoaster, friend activities (meaning call up Micheal, Trevor, or franklin as any of the 3 characters) Visit the cinema, bar, play tennis, darts, golf, go to a strip club, 25 stunt jumps, 8 knife flights, rob a store, purchase stocks, watch T.V. (do at Micheals) complete a booty call (Play as Trevor in a strip club and get one of the girls like the bar to the max and drive them to their apartment) 25 under the bridge, walk and play fetch with chop, get 30 submarine pieces (one of Micheal's strangers and freaks) 30 nuclear waste (it's an achievement anyway) get all 50 spaceship parts and letter scraps (both achievements.) This can take up to 10-20 hours, it's a fucking pain.
  2. Unnatural selection- Holy shit, this took me so fucking long to do, me and 2 other friends grinded for 10 hours straight and couldn't even beat it. Buy max snacks and body armor and the best map to do is the nuclear silo,
there is a certain hiding spot near the stairs and the stairwell that if you hide behind it's super difficult to get shot unless you peak for too long. Use the combat MG, does a lot of damage and can shred through enemy health, be careful at the beginning when getting health and armor not to be out for too long for else you will lose all your health and maybe even die. This took me prolly around 10-30 hours to complete.
  1. Above the law- This requires so much god damn grinding that I grinded for 3 days straight, I started grinding hard on level 67 and got to level 100 by doing the 3x event "Target assault race" But by the 3rd day, it was this stupid deathmatch where if you die you can come back to life by an enemy dying or some shit, heists are also good ways of gaining RP, and heist setups too. this took me around 10-20 hours to complete starting from rank 67.
  2. Numero Uno, the requirements for this achievement is to win a single Bike, Land, Sea, Air, Rally, and GTA-Race, win a Deathmatch, Team-DM, Gang-Attack, and Survival (10 rounds), and win Arm Wrestling, Darts, Parachuting, Golf, Tennis and Shooting Range. So not only do you need to complete the survival bullshit but more on top of it, now everything but a rally race, team deathmatch, and survival you can boost with a friend. But even then this still took me around 10-40 hours to complete due to the fucking survival bullshit.

[Glitch] remove wanted level in casino setups

Remove wanted level in casino heist setups
  1. Request a job from Ron or Lester before starting the setup
  2. Do setup as usual
  3. When you get cops open your phone and accept the job, it should say Lester will remove your wanted level
  4. Back out of the job when You load in
  5. You should get no cops when you spawn in and the mission is still active
I did this with the vault keycards mission and when I got the second keycard I did this glitch and when I spawned in the mission instantly finished . It’s a very good glitch when annoying cops keep killing you and impounding your vehicles .
Also to make this method better , set your matchmaking to closed , in pause—> online —> options , and be in an invite only session so when you back out of the job you’ll load into Freemode faster.

Rockstar and Take2: Here's some reasons you missed out on immense amounts of money by not architecting dedicated servers into your GTA/RDR2 multiplayer setup

This is mostly written in the GTA Online perspective, though it has crossover into RDR Online as well.

When someone can get into a game and ask about [redacted method of obtaining money/goods/vehicles/XP] and get a response 50% of the time, it's an obvious miss on being able to purchase prepaid in-game credit cards from the store. There's no incentive. And if they don't want to ask someone to do it, they can do it themselves.
Nevermind that the same group of people who can [redacted method of obtaining money/goods/vehicles/XP] will also just grief sessions. Better yet:
Better Control on Hackers/Modders
Anyone who is on the outside of RDR2 or GTA multiplayer has probably only heard telltale of what modders do in these games. Here's a list of what I've personally experienced:
The list goes on. The biggest reason for using dedicated servers, honestly, is to get rid of the griefers. It's enough so that I've seen people ask if someone is running a specific type of mod, and they know the commands to use to get gifted vehicles, cash, etc. It's prolific and horrible.
But cleaning those things up and preventing them means:
And their reward was a unique yacht only available for that achievement.

I'm looking for players to help me with Heist setups and finale

I'm doing the setups for the casino heist, the approach is silent and sneaky, the target is cash. I'm in an "invite only" session, on Xbox one, my gamertag is "xbx360guest1", I need good hackers and shooters who are also good at stealth for the finale.

A complete guide to making an easy 2-3 million every few hours by grinding the Casino Heist

–This is a guide mostly for new players. I'm sure anyone whose been playing this game for a few years knows all this–
I started playing GTA online roughly two months ago and I already have practically everything I wanted, just from grinding the casino heist over and over again.
It can get tedious, sure, but so can everything else in life. You just have to have a positive mindset and think of the reward at the end– all the jets, planes, cars, bikes, clothes etc...! PLUS I personally find the preps a lot more enjoyable than doing sell missions for the bunker or doing import/export over and over.
I'm doing this on mobile, so please excuse any formatting errors :)
Note– doing this with two people is always the most optimal way to make money. Give yourself a huge cut. You deserve it for doing all the preps.
•step one: buy an arcade in Las Santos. Don't buy the one in Paleto Bay because that long drive to the casino will drive you crazy if you do it enough.
•step two: do all your prep works/setups in an invite only session. Trust me, it makes life so much easier when you're not bring chased by an oppressor all the time.
•step three: you can shuffle the contents you get in the vault. –NOTE THAT YOU CAN ONLY DO THIS IF YOU HAVE ALREADY COMPLETED ALL THREE HEIST APPROACHES–. YOU DO NOT WANT CASH. Art is better than gold (in my opinion) purely because it's very easy to do with two people... meaning you can keep a much bigger cut for yourself. Gold is awesome, but I'll talk about that in a bit.
•step three (b): to shuffle the vault contents and try to get something other than cash; simply do the vault contents prep. When you go to the casino and access the security camera feed, find the camera which reveals what's inside the vault. If you get art or gold, perfect! If you get cash, identify the target and wait for Lester to stop talking. Back out of the camera and then call Lester. Cancel the heist BEFORE you leave the casino. Leave the casino and go to your arcade. You will then have to pay another 25,000 to setup the heist again. When you pay, you will notice that a target has already been identified and there's a chance that this target will be different to what you already had. It's random so you may have to do it again. If you get cash again, go outside, cancel the heist again, restart your system, setup the heist again and repeat the previous steps until you get a better target than cash :)
•step four: always choose either aggressive or the Gruppe Sechs approach. Silent and sneaky with randoms is a nightmare abs it's not worth the frustration. Only do silent and sneaky with friends or people with mics
•step five: in order to even unlock the Gruppe Sechs approach, you have to first do the scoping out prep. Go to the sewer tunnel entrance that's closest to the casino. Go down the tunnel and look to your right. You will see a large semi-circular shaped get made of steel poles. Take a picture of it and send it to Lester. This will unlock the group Sechs approach!
•step five (b): always pick the cheapest gunman, the cheapest car guy and the best hacker. The best hacker you can get is AVI and to unlock him, you have to destroy all the signal jammers around the city.
•step six: there are optional preps. Some you can always skip and some you should absolutely do. You should ALWAYS get the level 2 keycards because if not, you will have to deal with that awful hacking minigame involving circles. Save yourself the headache of dealing with it and always do that prep. There's no point in getting the masks for any approach.
•step six (b): If you are doing the aggressive approach, I would highly recommend doing the enhanced body armour prep, Duggan's shipments and the level 2 keycard prep. You can skip everything else that isn't mandatory. The enhanced body armour will make your life so much easier... trust me. Doing Duggan Shipments and getting all 10 will makes the guards extremely easy to kill and will give them weak weapons.
step six (c): for the Gruppe Sechs approach, I would recommend doing the level two keycards and getting the exit disguise. I personally recommend going for the firefighter outfits because they're easier to get OR if you have the time, you can collect 54 playing cards, unlock the high roller outfits and you can use those as an exit disguise instead. They'll be permanently unlocked, meaning you can skip the exit disguise in future if you have it. Those are really the only optional preps you need. Patrol routes might seem important, but it's not.
step seven: when you're finished in the vault, always exit through the staff entrance. This will leave you in a position with the least amount of noose and the best position to escape from and to get to your getaway vehicles.
step eight: get in any vehicle you can find. Doesn't have to be your getaway vehicles. Drive to the police station that's near the casino, climb to the roof and get in the helicopter. It's the fastest way to your destination and to lose the cops. To see a tutorial of how to do this, there a tonne of guides on YouTube :)
step nine: you're done! You just completed the heist. Now you have to wait about 5 to 10 minutes to receive a call or text from Lester, suggesting you to do the heist again. Now, just do all steps again and you can easily make 2-3 million in about three or four hours.
If I'm missing anything, please let me know :)

To those that say the most lucrative money-making activity is grinding the Casino Heist...

I’m not ready to disagree, but can you show your math on that?
I only started doing that heist a few weeks ago and am ready to start my fifth hosted round of it, but setup after setup after setup after setup after setup (plus some paid ones to speed it along, at least a little) and then after all the NPC cuts and rather generous 40/20/20/20 or 25/25/25/25 player splits I’m not seeing windfall returns.
Even if I did only the minimum setups and paid for none, used the weakest NPCs (and had the least time in the vault), only used one other player (with even less time to grab loot from the vault) the rewards are still low for the time it takes.
So aside from being one of the lucky players that catches my “you didn’t do any setups, but here’s 20-25% anyway” invites, how is the Casino Heist gotten a reputation for being the “best money fountain” in the game, now?

Freemode heists

The mission design for the Ms. Baker missions and the nightclub setup missions really has me thinking that the original heists could work well in freemode if they were to be updated. I’m not here to convince rockstar because no matter what I say they will or won’t implement it
I’m just here to explain why and how they should work.

Why

How

„I downloaded GTA for free“ – Guide – GTA Online Guide for Epic Games Launcher Players

GTA 5 Online Premium Edition: What's in Epic Games Store Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack?

Get yourself everything you „Starter Pack“ contains, you get properties, vehicles, weapons and clothes for free in a worth of $9.000.000 GTA Dollars. You also get extra $1.000.000 in cash, but this could take up to 7-10 days to get it. All the sales you have will be shown with a dollar sign! Here’s what and how:
For property and vehicles open your phone (arrow key up) and go to Internet (arrow key done>enter)
Property: (In the internet go to „Money and Services“)
Maze Bank West Executive Office (on Dynasty 8)
Paleto Forest Gunrunning Bunker (on Maze Bank Foreclosure)
Great Chaparral Biker Clubhouse (on Maze Bank Foreclosure)
>Senora Desert Counterfeit Cash Factory (if you own the clubhouse, go to the computer there and unlock this property)
1561 San Vitas Street Apartment (on Dynasty 8)
1337 Exceptionalists Way 10 Car Garage (on Dynasty 8)
Vehicles (in the internet go to „Travel and Transport“)
Enus Huntley S, Invetero Coquette Classic, Grotti Turismo R, Bravado Banshee, Enus Windsor, (Annis Elegy RH8) (on Legendary Motorsports click „Sort by Price“ once)
Western Zombie Chopper, Obey Omnis, Pegassi Vortex (on „SouthernSanAndreasSuperAuto.com“ click „Sort by Price“ once)
Frogger (on Elitas Travel click „Sort by Price“ once) you can request any aircraft vehicle you own by calling Pegasus on your phone (you can do that in your contacts). The helicopter are an essential vehicle in the game to travel from A to B
Dune FAV (on Warstock click "Sort by Price" once)
Weapons, Clothing & Tattoos (not on your phone but on the map)
Compact Grenade Launcher, Marksman Rifle, Compact Rife are avaliable at every Ammu Nation Gun Shop (Pistole sign at the map)
(Stunt Race & Import / Export Outfits, Biker Tattoos)

Some more tipps:

Solo Public Lobby: really worth it if you wan’t a online session for your own/friends and don’t want to be killed by other players randomly. Press ESC + CONTROL and look up for „resmon“ in your search line. You will find a sort of Task Manager. Find GTA5.exe > right click > hold on the process > wait for like 7sec > right click > continue the process. Now all players will be kicked.
How to turn off your car radio: Yes, I have been asked about this. If you want to change your radio channel or turn your radio off press Q.
What weapons to use as a beginner: Buy the Mikro SMG to shoot out of your car and the Special Carabine to fight NPCs and equip them unconditionally with a silencer and an extended clip as quick as possible. It costs about $40.000 with extensions each. The Homing Rocket Launcher ($75.000) is also an important investment if you need to shoot down helicopters. Also buy Sticky Bombs, they will be really useful.
Learn to fly! On the map is a plane sign, which is a flying school. Flying is a really important part in the game and you have to get known with the controlls of it. You also get a bonus of $230.000 Cash if you complete all flying lessons with a gold medal.
How do I find people to play heists with: If you have no friends who want to play GTA with you there are of course other opportunities. On specific subreddits like HeistTeams or gtafriends you will find people who are solo players too and need heist members. There are also GTA community discord servers like the one from the youtuber TGG: here. You will never be alone!
Weekly Discounts/Bonuses: really worth to look for that. It changes every Thursday at 10 CET. On gtaonline it will be pinned on top of the subreddit. There may be huge sales for cool vehicles and properties (for example 40% off). Sometimes there are double or triple $ and RP events, which is extreme worth grinding. Like for this week 2x for bunker sell (during an 2x money event on the stock of your business the value is already doubled!). Do the Time Trial which you can do once a week to get a $100.000 each. How to drive these races "the right way" and where to find them can you look up on the pinned discount posts on gtaonline.
Lucky Wheel: In the casino you can spin the Lucky Wheel every 24h. Prices are Money, RP, sales, clothes and the podium car. The podium car changes with the Weekly Discounts every Thursday and you can with the car every week (Tipp: When it says S to spin the wheel count to 1,2 ,3 in your head to have a higher chancer to get the car).
Best investments: For absolute beginners for sure invest in the cheapest High End Apartment Del Perro Heights Apartment 7 ($200.000) on the Dynasty 8 website where you get the opportunity to play your first heists. Play the Fleeca Job then (about $80.000 earnings), where you unlock the sale for a Kuruma ($525.000) which is a must have car for beginners. It’s fully armored and you can literally do every missoins with it because the NPC’s can’t shoot you in there. It can be bought on SouthernSanAndreasAutos**.com.** And if you want to upgrade your helicopter get the Buzzard Attack Chopper for $1.750.000 with machine guns and the essential missiles. In my opinion the best investment you can make to grind for money. It can be requested everywhere for free instead of $25.000 if you are registered as CEO (open shortcut menu with M>SecuroServ>CEO Vehicles>Buzzard).
Fast Money: There are plenty of guides on Reddit how to make quick cash in grinding. (Money Grinding) My recommendation: Play Heists with friends who are high level. If you are alone or new with your friends go for Contact Missions (How: ESC >Online>Jobs>Rockstar Created> Missions) Every Contact Mission gives you about $10.000-15.000. The longer you play a Contact Mission, the more money you will get. But on the long run it's more worth it to play the job as quick as possible (in 4-6min $115.000/h and remember with double $ and RP event $230.000/h) Each player in the mission increases the payout by 10%, so best is to play in a full round. (Payouts and other questions for Contact Missions here).

Businesses:

There are plenty of businesses you can run. You own the Bunker business and one M(otorcycle)C(lub) Business . Go to the location of your business, do the setup missions and refill your supplies regualary. In each of this businesses you can improve your production by buying equipment upgrades and staff upgrades (first buy the cheaper staff upgrade then equiment upgrade). You can also buy security upgrades because your business will be raided by NPCs (like Police) and trough this you can minimize the probability of raids. The security upgrades doesn't affect your production! (but in my opinion not really worth it because you still can be raided). You can steal or buy supplies. If you didn't bought the upgrades yet, steal the supplies. If you have all upgrades who improve the production of your business buy the supplies for $75.000. The businesses stock will fill in a certain time, but you have to be online in the game! If you have good stock you can sell your products (invite friends for that). Always sell to the best priced location. (Los Santos most of the time) And go in a public solo session, you don't want your products destroyed by some idiot, random player. If your vehicle gets destroyed or you was not able to deliver everything you will lose money. Business is easy money for doing close to nothing + during the time your business fills up you can grind on other Missions or the Special Cargo Crate Missions, whatever you like. Choosing the right location for you business is very important! Look that your businesses are as close together as possible. You will drive crazy going 7 miles all the way up on the map just to look how many supplies you have left. Here's a map for all properties there are, so you can choose the best locations for yourself!
Don’t buy the nightclub business as a beginner! You will need the other businesses first to play missions in the nightclub + to get in running you need to pay millions for the 5 mechanics who will farm the money for you.
You can switch between beeing a CEO or MC President: Open your shortcut menu with M. .To retire as a CEO go to SecuroServ>Retire. To retire as a MC President go to Motorcycle Club>Disband MC.
You can add somebody to your CEO Organization or your Motorcycle Club: to add someone as CEO go to SecuroServ>Hire associates and select who you want to add. As a MC President go to Motorcycle Club>Find prospects and select who want to add. With this function your friends can help you do to deliver your products.
Bunker Business: In the bunker you can decide between Manufacturing, Research or both. For money do Manufacturing only. On Research you don't get money, you will unlock weapon upgrades for particular vehicles which also costs money to be customized on your vehicle (Research takes a lot of time and their 51 different weapon upgrades which takes about 7 days if you run it non stop) Doing both may sound smart, but it takes twice as much of the time it would normally take. So doing both is not worth it. If you sell solo sell your stock at $125.000 with no upgrades and at $175.000 with upgrades for one vehicle. For higher stocks invite friends to help you. If you're interested in the number of production, supplies and time it takes: Read it up here.
MC Business (Motor Club Business): Your sort of command center for all the businesses will be your clubhouse. The best clubhouse is the Grand Chapparal Clubhouse. It's the cheapest and will be located near your businesses. You can own 5 different MC Businesses ($/hr with staff- and equipement upgrade + recommended location): Cocaine Lockup in Alamo Sea ($46.500/hr); Methamphetamine Lab in Grand Senora Desert ($29.500/hour); Counterfeit Cash Factory in Grand Senora Desert ($27.000/hr); Weed Farm in San Chianski Mountain Range ($24.000/hr); Document Forgery Office in Grapeseed ($12.000/hr). If you're interested in the number of production, supplies and time it takes: Read it up here and the "nerd" version here.
Special Cargo Missions: In your CEO Office which is directly located next to your High-End apartment (if you bought the one for 200k) you can grind the Special Cargo Missions. You have to buy a warehouse and source crates. There are three kinds of warehouses: small, medium and large warehouses. The bigger it gets, the more money will it costs but the more you can store in there. You can choose between stealing 1, 2 or 3 crates. Always go for 3 crates. It is the expensivst but you will get the most money out of it in the long run. There is a 5min cooldown between every mission, so people buy a second warehouse to instantly start the next mission when they arrived at the Office (Yes, it's annoys to always wait). Cheapest small warehouse $250.000 (16 crates space, full stock sale $144.000 profit), cheapest medium ware house $880.000 (42 crates space, full stock sale $483,000 ) and cheapest large warehouse $1.900.000 (111 crates space, full stock sale $1,554,000 ). (table of profits and time it needs to fill) If you do solo, sell every 9 crates stored to get only 1 vehicle!
Import/Export Business: A CEO Mission (on your Office Computer "Vehicle Cargo"), where you steal cars and source them into a garage. The cheapest garage is $1.500.000 and you can buy in on your Office Computer. There are three catergories of cars: Standard, Mid- and Toprange. The top range cars are the one you want to sell. You can always tune them up for $20.000 and for delivering you get $100.000 which means about $80.000 Profit if you not damage the car. (Sometimes you will be attacked while you steal/deliver the car) There is an algorithm that if you have 10 Standard- and 10 Midrange cars in your garage, you will only get Toprange cars. Always tune them up before you sell and never sell Standard or Midrange cars except you really need the money. You always want to go for the Toprange cars to get the most money out.

Final word

These are just some recommendations in how the game works and what variations there are to make fast money. You can still choose your business locations for yourself, but I recommended the best and effectivst (in my opinion). The most important part is to have fun in playing the game. There are pretty good guides on Reddit and also on Youtube. It’s really worth reading/watching these if you want money. The Guides on Reddit are much more precise. But keep in mind, you have to invest plenty of time to get rich. It’s not done tomorrow.
And please, don’t be an asshole in the lobbies. Be a friendly and nice player and do not kill players and destroy their cargos. Every GTA Player hates this kind of people and remember, high level players are stronger and will go for revenge. They will target the shit out of you until you just want to quit the game.
Have fun playing the game and I hope I could help some new players with my information!
I’m sure if there are anymore questions Reddit will help you.
Here are useful links to other guides on Youtube or Reddit
Please send, maybe better, Youtube and Reddit Guides under this post so I can add the links, thanks. I'm open for improvement on this guide!

Best QOF improvement? And what else would you like to see in the future?

I would personally love:
-If non-weapozined vehicles have no cooldown for spawning. If you put your car into a garage after you ordered the wrong one,you can straight away order the other one. Non-weaponized cars shouldn't be hit with a cooldown timer.
-Assistants at Facility should be able to give you one of your personal vehicles.
-Under 'Collectibles' section, you should be able to have an ability to turn on/off markers on the map that show you the locations where you have already found the certain Collectible. Works only with the highest found ones.
-Being able to store any personal vehicle on the big slot in the Arena garage.
-Selling Apartments by going on the website where you bought them. You'll get the same money back like the trade money.
-Hiding contacts: It still allows them to message and call us,but it would be great if we could hide contacts which makes it faster to scroll through them. Clicking on a contact has the option to 1) Call them or 2) hide them.
-Contacts can't invite you to Races,Deathmatches,Adversary Modes etc. Only when you have a heist setup or you requested a job from them.
-Mors Mutual "Repair EVERY vehicle"
-Masks,Hats and so on have selections in the inventory "Independence Day,Halloween,Valentines Day,Hockey Masks,Animal Masks,Crime Masks,Fedoras...."
-Increased Hangar storage since we can't own 2 hangars. Or at least let us be able to own 2 Hangars?
-Fast travel service when requesting a Taxi or Limousine from Ms. Baker(can fast travel to each personal property). The only fast travel options we have is the Luxury helicopter which can only fast travel to CEO related buildings and the other one is the Casino limo service(not Ms. Baker one) which let's you fast travel to multiple spots but not to personal properties.

Diamond Casino Heist Guide + TIPS - Written by /u/DatCamaroGuy

Diamond Casino Guide:
So you decided that you wanna rob a casino, great! The Diamond Casino Heist is one of the best ways to earn money, but you're wondering, how do I get started? Well, you're in luck! This guide is going to teach you the ways to get the best out of the Diamond Casino Heist!
Step 1: Arcade
Alright to get started, you’re going to have to own an arcade. Now, it may seem better to go for the arcades on the top of the map to save yourself some cash, however, this will make all the preps much harder, as most of them take place in LS or Sandy Shores.
You’ll need a gunman to source guns, a driver to source cars, and a hacker to delay the nerve agent inside the vault.
Selecting your support crew depends on the approach and target in the vault. For Big Con, SnS, any target EXCEPT for art, you’ll want the worst gunman (Karl Abolaji, take his Micro SMG on big con, heavy revolver on aggressive and on SnS the choice is up to you), the worst driver (Karim Denz, take his sentinel classic) and the best hacker available to you, for most people, this will be Paige Harris (unlocked when the Terrorbyte is purchased, gives 3:25 in the vault when undetected and 2:23 detected).
For aggressive, you’ll still want to have the worst driver and best hacker, however, the gunman is up to you since you’ll be using guns a lot. I normally go with Charlie Reed (unlocked when purchasing a hangar), he takes a 7% cut (2% more than Karl) and gives you an assault SMG, however, you can get by with Karl, as every gunman gives you an SMG to go along with another weapon, which is still a perfectly fine weapon.
To complete these missions, I suggest that you use a Kuruma, Buzzard, or Oppressor Mk2 to make your life easier.
However, if you are a very new player, I’d recommend that you do patrol routes, Duggan shipments (you only need to destroy 3 to get rid of their bulletproof helmets), level 2 security passes, emp device and infiltration suits and power drills if you think you have enough time.
Noose and firefighter are exactly the same, so do firefighters since it has an easier mission.
For aggressive, again, patrol routes make it easier but are never necessary. Make sure to do Duggan shipments. You can solo it, but it will be much easier with another person. If you don’t get them all you can just close the game and you’ll be able to do the mission again. Reinforced armor allows you to take more damage, so I would recommend it even if it makes you slower.
If you exit through the staff lobby, you’ll get shot a ton when going over the racetrack, however, if you exit through the roof terrace, you can shoot the guys behind the stones on the racetrack then safely parachute down.
I recommend emp’ing when you’re at the vault access floor, allowing you to waltz into the mantrap, or when you're coming back up to the casino access floor and are in the mantrap. Be warned that if you decide to get the daily vault when you trigger the emp, the emp’s timer will run out before you can get to your exit, so plan ahead. The easiest entrance for this is the staff lobby and the easiest exit is also the staff lobby.

Was my friend being an ass here?

This happened a few months ago and I asked my friend and his friend for some help selling my bunker after I spent too much money and couldn’t afford casino setup and we got the buggy’s with mines and he was constantly placing them after getting blown up by two he said I should just avoid them I went up a hill to a sell point where he placed a mine destroying the buggy with all product in it I got mad at him saying I would take 5% off of his city we were cutting it 50/25/25. He then got mad at me tell me that I should have avoided them that it was my fault for not seeing them despite my trying to avoid them by going up the hill while he went up the road. He still did the heist but then kicked me from the party.
A day went by and his friend invited me to a party he was there and didn’t talk to me only taking to the other friend talking about a show a haven’t saw yet so I had nothing to say about it. About half an hour later another friend joined and said something that caused my friend to say that I was a money hungry ass who only cared about himself and made snarky insults to me thought the night and when I asked him why he was being an ass to me he said he had no idea what I was talking about that I was angry at him for no reason, when people started to leave he then went offline but my friend that joined that party that caused him to call me a money hungry ass found out he joined another persons party. Also my friend agrees with me that he was being an ass but he is the person that starts wars with people just for looking at him strangely
So was he being an ass just because I took 5% off him
EDIT: Forgot to mention once when I just started I was hosting the series A funding and he asked to 30% percent and someone else did as well making me earn no money on the heist when I said no he left making me have to deal with some random that we’re competent and he also refused to help during the trash setup when I was at low health at level 50

Garage Dupe Glitch (2-Player)

Xbox and PS4
That's right, there's already a new Off the Radar glitch that works for this dupe!
I average one dupe every minute to 1 minute 20 seconds. The long setup isn't too difficult, and the result is extremely rewarding.
Credit to Obese Giraffe. Video
Requirements for Duper: - MOC with Personal Vehicle Storage - Garage (I know that the arcade and arena work for sure) - Car to Dupe - Motorcycle Club - Lots of Cheap Bikes, none in the Clubhouse
Requirements for Helper: - Eclipse Towers apartment with styles - Heist accessible through the heist room in said apartment - Casino Penthouse with a car in the garage
Phase 1, Off the Radar:
  1. Go to an Invite-Only session.
  2. Helper sets spawn to Eclipse Towers garage.
  3. They go to their heist room.
  4. Helper goes into the pause menu, and hovers over Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack.
  5. They press and hold both A and Start (X and the Pause button on PS4), then release A slightly before Start. It's about a quarter second in between.
  6. Helper should be able to open their interaction menu with the Starter Pack on their screen. If not, back out and redo steps 4 and 5.
  7. Helper interacts with the heist board while the Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack is still up.
  8. They press Y (Triangle) to close the Pack, and should be able to open the interaction menu on the heist board.
  9. They keep previewing styles until they don't get a black screen, and then they leave the heist board. They shouldn't have a minimap.
(If the interaction menu doesn't stay open, or they still have a minimap, they will have to rejoin the session.)
  1. Duper makes sure jobs are visible on their map, then hosts one next to the casino. Helper joins them, and the Duper kicks them from the job.
  2. Helper should be on the ground. If they can open their weapon wheel and sprint it means the glitch needs to be restarted. If they get a phone call, it immediately breaks it, as well.
  3. Helper walks to the Casino, and enters it. They go over to the desk and request a car from the Valet. Choose one from their penthouse garage, but don't click to request it just yet.
  4. Duper starts a job near the garage you are duping at, then Helper clicks to request the car. They wait a couple seconds on the black screen, until the white loading symbol appears in the botton right.
  5. Helper joins the job, but will not load in, and will instead be frozen on the ground.
  6. Duper leaves the job, and then hosts a Titan of a Job.
  7. Helper joins Duper, but does not accept any of the alerts. When the Helper's join alert shows up, the Duper leaves the job.
  8. When the Duper is back on the street, the Helper accepts all of the join alerts, and they will be placed on the street. If the Duper can't see the Helper on the map, the glitch worked.
Phase 2, Setting Up the Dupe:
  1. Duper parks their MOC across the street from their garage.
  2. Helper stands nearby.
  3. Duper has their car they want to dupe in their garage.
  4. Duper registers as MC President.
Phase 3, The Dupe Loop:
Repeat this part over and over for loads of dupes.
  1. Helper gets into a personal vehicle owned by the Duper.
(Can be a dupe from the MOC, or just a random bike, etc.)
  1. Duper runs to their garage entrance, far enough from the Helper that they can request a new bike.
  2. Duper requests a bike that they want to be duped over.
  3. Duper goes into garage and drives out the car to dupe.
  4. Helper gets out of the vehicle they are in, and it should disappear. The car the Duper is in is now a dupe, and it has the plates of the bike that it replaced.
  5. Put the dupe in the MOC. Drive it out and give it to the Helper for Step 1 of Phase 3.

Beginner's guide to get started and earn money in gta online

I have written this for people who are starting with 0 GTA$ and making their way into gta online.
So if you don't have a high end apartment, a bunker, a clubhouse or anything like that this method will make you earn a good amount of money to start buying some important things in gta online.
First of all, the most important thing is that forget investing money into a good looking house or a good looking car. You don't need those right now.

Before you read:-

These methods have been tested by me and I now have 5,000,000 GTA$ in my maze bank account right now. However, it takes time. A lot of time. It may even take a month for you to reach this million dollar mark. However, this early hard work can pay off really well in future. And you soon might be making 100,000 GTA$ every day.

Before you start making money, do this:-

An easy way to make your gta online experience better is by playing solo. You can either play solo session or a private public session. The solo session is the easiest way but later it might have restrictions. A private public session can be achieved by tweaking some settings which are different for pc and console. Invite only session can also be considered as an alternate for solo session.
A public lobby may have hackers which can ruin your early experience of the game. Public session may even have high level players that can cause chaos or can try to kill you. I had some difficulties trying to play gta online for the first time with players killing me in a public lobby.

More is better:-

Before you start making money, it is always great to have a friend. It is not necessary but is always better. If you have a friend, you both can play in an invite only session and can play missions together (you both will earn the same).
Also, some missions may require minimum of 2 players. So depending on a stranger may be difficult due to no communication. So if you have a friend playing with you, it is always great.

Starters:-

A vehicle:-
Something wrong many new players do is that they try to invest money in more vehicles. I see people who show off their garage full of cars but didn't spend any money of profitable businesses. You need to know that buying more vehicles is not going to earn money. You just need 1 fast car, and you are ok to get started.
So you need a 'fast' car. For new players, the Elegy RH8 works super great. It is faster than most other cars and is ABSOLUTELY FREE.
To get this free car, just link your social club account with gta online and you have the car.
Alternate method:-
If you don't have a social club account or you don't want to link it. You can just find a decent car in the game and steal it. From there, just go to Los Santos Customs and make it yours by paying some money.
You can store it in your garage anytime.
But make sure the car you choose is fast. These cars are not that fast but will for a new player these are great
A garage:-
Where will you store you car? A garage. When you have just 1 car, you don't need to buy a 10 car garage or a 6 car garage. You just need a 2 car garage that is available on the Dynasty8 website for 25,000 GTA$.
Now if you don't have that money, don't worry. Just keep reading and you'll get that money soon.

Early money:-

Contact missions:-
These are one of the most easy way is to contact characters to earn money.
Basically, characters such as Lamar, Lester, Gerald, etc. will give you missions and tasks which you have to complete and you will be payed for each mission. Some missions may be easy whereas some may be difficult. Again, if you have a friend playing with you, missions can be completed faster and much easily.
Some characters may get unlocked later on in the game but I got my first 100,000 GTA$ by doing Lamar missions. Then you can do some Gerald, Lester, Trevor, etc. missions.
The maximum pay each mission gives is around 16000 - 19000 GTA$ when done at hard difficulty with no mistakes. To based on calculations, by doing 10 such missions, you get 160000 GTA$ minimum that is super great. And there are more than 60 such missions all over gta online.
And if you keep doing other contact missions, you will soon get enough money to buy a decent high end apartment.
Treasure hunt:-
Treasure hunt is the easiest way to earn 200000 - 250000 GTA$. But these are pretty time consuming and tricky. You will get a treasure hunt email at any random time and by collecting all clues, you will be given a revolver. Then do a special task with that particular revolver, and you will earn 200000 - 250000 GTA$ depending upon the task.
The task may be like 'get 50 headshots with the revolver'.
There are walkthroughs of each treasure hunt available. Just google them or search them on youtube.
There are many treasure hunts available but they don't come very fast. You'll have to wait for the email to come and then start the treasure hunt.
Doing all treasure hunts can give you minimum of 500000 GTA$. However, they can take a lot of time.
Spin the lucky wheel everyday:-
The casino has a lucky wheel. And you can get many things from it. You can win a car, clothing or casino chips. You can rotate the wheel once per day.
It is super great if you are lucky enough. The highest prize is a car.
Then comes 50000 or 25000 chips. If you get chips you can either use them in casino games, or you can convert it into money.
Which means, 1 chip = 1 GTA$ and 50000 chips = 50000 GTA$
You also get 1000 chips once every day for free.
Flight school:-
There is a flight school in the Los Santos international airport. There are challenges you have to do in an airplane. Do all of them and complete them at gold medal.
This will give you 240000 GTA$.
Plus, it's free and you will improve your flying skills

When do you earn a million ?

It will take time and skill. There are many ways you earn a million. And they take time and investment. So here are the 2 easiest ways to earn a million that take less investment.
Facility:-
Once you have around 650000 GTA$ you can buy a facility from the maze Bank foreclosures website. The cheapest one is available for 650000 GTA$. From there you can start doing the Doomsday heist and unlock other heists as well. There are 3 acts which you have to do.
The problem ?
It requires investment and friends (not really).
So each heist requires the leader to invest into equipments. You may even need to spend more than 70000 GTA$ for each heist setup. You may even need a good fast and armoured car for better heist.
Then each heist requires 4 people. It is not necessary these 3 people are your friends. You can invite other players in the session to the heist. But many times those people can mess up or you may not even find any person to join the heist.
After all heists, I bet you may be a millionaire or close.
High end apartment:-
This is pretty easy. The cheapest high end apartment is less than 500000 GTA$. Probably 300000 GTA$. Just buy a high end apartment (Weazel plaza, Richards magestic or 3 Alta st.) and you can unlock the heist room. From there you can do heists such as Fleeca job or Pacific job and earn good money.
Again, you need 3 more people.
Positive point, the investment here is lesser than the facility but the pay is also less.

That's it.

After this, you are no longer a beginner

and you can go ahead and buy a bunker or an office. Then become a CEO/VIP and unlock new missions.
If you think i missed something, comment down.
I hope it helped.

Edits:-

u/leekshooter suggested not to do Doomsday Heist for a new player as it may be difficult. You may not have sufficient equipments for the heist when doing Act 3. So make sure you consider the difficulty level if you are new to heists.
Make sure to read the comment of u/braggs0815 as they have suggested a profitable method of earning money with vip jobs and later in the game investing on facility.

How to do casino heist setups without griefers killing you every 0.2 seconds

Casino heist steups can be completed in an inv-only lobby
  1. Start off in story mode
  2. pause the game, then go to the online menu
  3. Select "Play Online"
  4. Select "Invite-Only Lobby"
Not sure if this works with private or solo lobbies too, I play on xbox, dunno if it applies to PS4/PC too
Edit: I am aware that solo public lobbies allow for sell missions too, I just made this post or people who keep getting grief while setting up and need a quicker way to complete setups.

Need a long-term/committed crew for casino heist grind

A little while back I had a good crew I did casino heists with, they've stopped playing on PS4 for a while and I need a new crew. Members needed: 2 to 3 players Casino heist: all 3 ways Back with my old crew we had this plan, all crew members would have their own arcade and have all setups done and ready to go. Then we'd all start doing our heists one after another, one host gets their heist done, they help in the other crew members heist. All crew members in this plan would get a 15% cut while the host gets the biggest percent possible. A successful heist could give the host a good 1mil or 1.2mil depending on the vault contents and the crew members receiving a good amount of money as well. Do all of this, rinse and repeat
However I will have some requirements for potential crew members 1. You must have your own arcade (location doesn't matter) 2. You must be experienced (having done a few casino heists yourself and preferably a high level too) 3. Communication is essential for this (preferably a headset/mic, English please) 4. Commitment to the grind (I'm not going to force this on you everytime you're active, but I don't want to have wait forever just to get another chain heist going again)
What happens if we fail? We restart and try again, I'm not asking for you to achieve the elite challenge every heist.
I still know many ways and strategies on all 3 approaches, whether it be exit strategies, getting around guards and so much more. And if you need practice I have a keypad practice if needed. This will not be easy but with a good crew and strategies we can make this work. This casino grind strategy has worked for me and my old crew a lot and we all made lots of money out of it, I'm hoping that I could give you that same experience too as my old crew. It may get boring but it's an effective way of getting money than most traditional ways like cargo missions or selling drugs.
Oh yeah it's recommended we do heist setups in invite only sessions (players will sometimes grief heist prep)
PSN: badcobra2003 And selected crew members will be put into a message group on psn.
U.S Pacific time zone recommended

Warzone lobbies

I wish there were lobbies with different balancing specifically for combat. You wouldn’t gain or lose popularity or supplies, you wouldn’t get raided, you wouldn’t have to worry about any money making activities

Money making/spending dynamic

It’s just one continuous battlefield. You destroy someone’s car, you don’t get charged. You cannot make money in the game mode by conventional means HOWEVER freemode competitions, distinctly different from the ones in multiplayer will allow you to
For instance if you have a K/D 1 full mark higher than everyone else in the lobby for a full 15 minutes, you get a 30k bonus, for 30 minutes it becomes 90k, or if you kill that person you get 25k. Just random rewards for getting kills or not getting killed.
Maybe every player would get objectives reset on the hour for how to get kills, like “kill a player with a vehicle, kill a player using a pistol at a range of greater than 50m, kill a player who’s using bull shark testosterone”
Completing each individual objective gives you some chump change but the player could earn maybe 80k for completing all 3 depending on player level.
Combat Mechanics
For this reason, after a while, you might want to call your mechanic for your kuruma for 21 points, or unlock access to lester for 20 points.

Progression

If this game mode had no progression it’d be pretty boring
I think the game shouldn’t have true progression like ranking up, but I think it’d be a good touch if players with the highest K/D get recognized at the end of the bonus week. Top 20 players get 10 million, top 1% get a million, top 10% get 200k, etc
With some other unique bonuses like everyone who gets top 1% unlocks a brand new livery, or top 5% earners get all of the optional preps for a casino heist completed, or they get to choose their next casino heist loot, maybe their next business upgrade is free.
The weeks bonuses would get announced on Twitter and would essentially be considered part of a weeks bonuses, maybe twitch prime users could even get additional benefits like if normal players only get optional preps skipped twitch prime players get all their setups skipped
