Basically I bought the Bugatti, Fully customized it, travelled to the northern area (sandy shores) and left it there to do some mission, after the mission the car was there but it got stuck so i had to leave it behind. I bought my car off the internet and it was delivered. Drove it to LSC and tricked it out a bit then took it for a spin. Switched to Franklin while MIchael was still in his new car and now it is nowhere to be found. Not in his safehouse or his garage. I also checked the impound lot and it wasn't there either. Out of interest, I looked at the stats (out of 5) of my fully souped-up Gauntlet in the garage (freemode), as an option at the beginning of the race, and the stock Gauntlet offered at the beginning of the race: speed - acceleration - braking - traction. Garage: 3.9 - 5.0 - 1.5 - 3.7. Custom race: 3.4 - 2.8 - 2.6 - 4.0. Stock race: 3.4 - 1.7 - 2 I have the 400k apartment and have 10 cars in my garage. Its just a bit annoying that I have to sacrifice a car in order to put a new one in. A maximum of 10 cars is a bit low considering how many cars can be acquired on GTAO. I wish you could buy other garages and stuff because imo, 10 cars just... Especially since a large majority of missions will require you to get out of your car into another car, helicopter etc which result in your saved car not being returned to the garage and thus lost. I see there are many posts about people losing their cars, its probably a good idea to put all the posts about this issue in the same thread and sticky it if there is any hope of Rockstar fixing it. Police took my car (not sure if it said that it was impounded, I remember the word "requisited" or something familiar), but it was neither in impound nor in garage. Since car was pretty casual, I forgot about that for some hours. At evening, I entered some race and realized I can pick that car. I lost mine when Franklin gets the new house up in Vinewood. I went down to his aunts house to pick my car up from the garage that i spent tens of thousands on and i couldnt get in. Got a new one now though, but its not the same : level 2. Patrick If you grab a vehicle from the garage by entering (triangle or Y) it inside, you will get loading screen and be loaded out to the street. The car will be removed from the garage but enter the "save state". Note: If you enter on foot because your garage was full when you just was about to save a car, the car outside COULD be removed when you get back out. NOTE: the files don't change either, if I launch GTA and the car isn't there, I quit GTA and look at the file again and it still shows the correct file size as well as a Hellcat model, but it doesn't show up in game.
